(Education Code 35145, 35163) 6.2 Approve the Personnel Register 6.3 Approve/Ratify Contracts for Services California Education Code, Public Contract Code, Board Policies and Administrative Regulations govern the procurement of goods and services for local education agencies. These contracts for goods and services conform with relevant laws and regulations, are consistent with industry best practices and are necessary to meet the needs of students and staff to support teaching and learning. 6.4 Approve/Ratify Purchase Orders and Warrants These purchase orders and warrants conform with California Education Code, Public Contract Code, Board Policies and Administrative Regulations which govern the procurement of goods and services for local education agencies. 6.5 Accept Developer Fee Accounting Annual Report 6.6 Adopt Resolution 22-12-01 and Accept Grant Funding for the California State Preschool Programs at Silver Strand and Village Elementary Schools 6.7 Approve/Ratify Out of State Conference Board Policy 3350 requires that out-of-state travel be approved. Board Policy further establishes that the Governing Board shall authorize payment for actual and necessary expenses, incurred by any employee performing authorized services for the district. 6.8 Authorize Disposal of Surplus Property & Equipment The disposal and surplus of property and equipment is governed by California Education Code, Board Policies and Administrative regulations.
