Each candidate has gone through a rigorous HR selection process as per BP 4111 and meets the requirements to be hired. 3.3 Approve/Ratify Contracts for Services directory information as defined in Education Code 49061. The request to exclude such information shall be made in writing to the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent and Board of Trustees (Education Code 49073.2).
